A Mystery Fun Finds box is a surprise package filled with unclaimed mail, undeliverable mail, overstock items, and store returns. Items are generally in new condition, with some items being used, open-box, damaged or missing parts, as they come directly from liquidated pallets and Gaylords. Each box is a unique treasure hunt, and you never know exactly what you’ll find inside!
Are Mystery Boxes Actually Worth the Money?
Mystery boxes are like a scratch off ticket, some may be great and some may be not so great. A true mystery box is just that, a mystery. We don't even know what's in the undeliverable packages. You have to decide if the entertainment outweighs the risk.
What's Really Inside a Mystery Box?
A Mystery Fun Finds mystery box can contain: undeliverable packages, customer returns, overstocks, shelf pulls, liquidation items, etc. Some items may even be damaged or missing parts. Since we do not open and sort, we have no idea. Items are random and unknown to us as well.
How to Choose the Best Mystery Box for You?
First decide how much you are willing to spend and what type of mystery box you are interested in. Search the website and see what fits your criteria. Sometimes we add different types of boxes, so check back often!
Can I watch my box being packed Live?
Yes! One of our special features is the ability to watch your box being packed Live on TikTok and other platforms. It adds an extra layer of excitement as you see the mystery come to life.
What if I prefer not to watch the Live packing?
No problem! We also offer pre-packed mystery boxes if you’d rather keep the entire unboxing a surprise.
Can I choose the contents of my mystery box?
The fun of our boxes is in the mystery! While you can’t choose specific items, you can choose the box size and enjoy the thrill of discovering what’s inside.
What sizes of boxes are available?
We offer small, medium, and large boxes to suit your level of curiosity and budget.
Is everything in the box new or can there be used items?

Are there any age restrictions for purchasing a mystery box?
While our boxes are generally suitable for all ages, we do require that customers be at least 18 years old to place an order.

What payment methods do you accept?
We have partnered with Shopify and accept all major credit cards, as well as some payment plan options they offer through their payment system.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship to the Contiguous United States (This excludes Alaska, Hawaii and all other U.S. territories)

How long does shipping take?
We typically process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. Once the order is shipped we have no control over the amount of time it takes to arrive to you. Transit times will vary based on the customer location. There can also be occasions when the carrier has a delay due to weather, holiday closure or equipment failure. Follow your tracking info for current status of your order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can follow your mystery box’s journey right to your door.
What is your return policy?
All boxes are final sale and sold as-is. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted under any circumstances. Items are generally in new condition, with some items being used, open-box, damaged or missing parts, as they come directly from liquidated pallets and Gaylords.
