Every Mystery Box is a surprise experience — contents will vary, and no specific items or values are guaranteed. Boxes are packed and sold for entertainment purposes only! If you are purchasing based on expected item value rather than the entertainment and mystery experience—and are not comfortable with the inherent risk—this product may not be right for you. Please order only if you understand and accept this.
All boxes are final sale and sold as-is. NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Some items may be new. used, open-box, returns, broken/damaged or missing parts, as they come directly from liquidated pallets and Gaylords and WE DO NOT OPEN THE PACKAGES AND SORT! They go straight from the pallets into your box. We may at our own discretion add overstocks that we have repacked/packaged ahead of time and mix into our inventory. This is a GOOD thing for you!
Returned/Refused/Unclaimed/Canceled Orders in Transit:
Any returned, refused, unclaimed or canceled order that comes back to us, will be reshipped at our actual full shipping cost back to the customer, if requested by customer. Otherwise, the original shipping cost paid by Mystery Fun Finds to the carrier plus an additional 25% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund, if a refund is approved.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes:
By placing an order with Mystery Fun Finds, you agree to contact us first regarding any order-related concerns. Unwarranted/Non-Approved Chargebacks or Payment Disputes will result in the submission of order-related documentation to your financial institution for review. You will also lose future purchasing privileges and account restrictions and/or closure. Mystery Fun Finds maintains detailed records of order confirmations, shipping verification, and acceptance of terms at checkout.
Shipping Issues: Lost or Damaged Packages - Mystery Fun Finds packages all orders securely prior to shipment. Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, Mystery Fun Finds no longer has control and is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party shipping providers. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
