Shipping policy

We ship using UPS Ground and CANNOT SHIP TO PO BOXES! If you enter a PO BOX or your Shipping Address is missing any information, this will cause a delay with your order processing. UPS Ground shipping is FREE for all orders(U.S. 48 States ONLY) and includes $100 of coverage from UPS if they damage or lose the order. If you want additional insurance coverage, please email support and let us know PRIOR to ordering!  If you want to upgrade to an expedited service through UPS, please email support PRIOR to ordering. We will try and accommodate if possible.

All orders are packed and shipped in the order they are received unless otherwise announced. We do our best to pack and ship in a timely manner. We usually ship your order within 1-3 business days of order receipt.  Once UPS has your package, it can take them anywhere from 1-6 business days to get it to you depending on your location.  Holidays may affect their delivery schedule, so plan accordingly.

Pre-Packed & Amazon Mystery Boxes will typically ship out faster than our Live-Packed Mystery Boxes based on availability.
