What is a Golden Nugget?
A Golden Nugget is a special package with one or more hand-curated NEW items inside. It can be almost any type of item — shoes, books, electronics, clothes, toys, etc. These items may be overstock items, discontinued products, shelf-pulls, or customer returns that were never used but are still considered in new condition by our liquidators.

What is the MSRP Value of the Golden Nugget?
The Golden Nugget package as a whole has a minimum $50 MSRP (Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price) value. MSRP is not the price that you may be able to find and purchase the item for. It is the suggested retail price set by the actual manufacturer. It may be higher or lower than the actual selling price of the item you find on different platforms or outlets like Amazon, eBay, etc.

Every single item is scanned and researched by our staff when determining the MSRP value of each piece. This is painstaking work, but we feel it is worth the effort to help ensure the value of each piece for our customers.

Why do we include a Golden Nugget?
We include a Golden Nugget in every box (Large boxes actually receive two) because with true mystery boxes, neither we nor our customers know what is inside the undeliverable mail packages. The Golden Nugget helps ensure that every box contains at least $50 in MSRP value right from the start. And remember — Large boxes contain two!
